Since it was founded in 1972, Hydroplant has evolved into Switzerland’s center of excellence for unique, custom greenery. Our Verticalis innovation earned us the Red Dot Design Award, as well as a nomination for the German Design Award. Our HP 1 (HP Green Shelf System) also made waves and was among the winners of the international «Iconic Awards 2019: Innovative Interior»

Our creative workshop and integrated showroom is based at “Werk 11” in Zurich Oerlikon. A hub for fresh ideas and inspiration. This is where our green architects work continuously on creating new products, and where they develop, plan and implement your projects. The result of their hard work is fascinating indoor and outdoor greenery, vertical and horizontal vegetation and stylish green solutions for private properties, office buildings, and public spaces. This is where they come to life. We also have two service locations in Baar and Bern, and operate our own 4,000 m² plant nursery in Gossau.

We are highly committed to research, contributing to important studies relating to green living spaces. Operating sustainably is very important to us – which is why we continuously strive to lower our energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.
